১১ জানুয়ারী, ১৯৭২ তারিখ থেকে ১৬ ডিসেম্বর, ১৯৭২ পর্যন্ত যতগুলো আইন করা হয়েছে তার সবগুলোই এই “স্বাধীনতার ঘোষণাপত্র” দলিলের উপর ভিত্তি করে করা হয়েছে।

WHEREAS by the Proclamation of Independence Order, dated 10th April, 1971 provisional arrangements were made for the governance of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh;
Now THEREFORE in Pursuance of the Proclamation of Independence Order, dated the 10th April and all other powers enabling him in that behalf the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Order:
